Peppermint Mocha Brownie Bites

You guys have to try these simple, festive and bake-less brownie bites that are packed with superfoods, fiber and healthy fats!


  • 1/2 Cup Your favorite nut butter (I used Almond)
  • 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 Cup Peppermint Mocha Shakeology**
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Meal

Optional Toppings:

  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Candy Canes



Add the wet ingredients to a sauce pan and warm on low heat so everything liquifies and blends easily. Incorporate everything else and blend together.

Using a spatula – spread out in a pan over parchment paper. If you are adding that extra indulgence of the chocolate topping, melt the coconut oil and chocolate together and spread over top. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes or sprinkles and stick in the refrigerator.

Once they firm up and get nice and cold you can cut them up however big you want them and either store them in a container or individually wrap them in plastic!
