About   Me

hey friend!

I didn't always have this business: the clients, team, followers, sales website etc... in fact, just a few years ago you would have found me emotionally exhausted and living paycheck to paycheck. I was working all kinds of overtime shifts in the hospital to make ends meet and my health was spiraling out of control.

I thought I landed my dream job, but little did I know that a healthy lifestyle (that I was overly skeptical about) would be my one-way ticket to a 6 figure income with a life of freedom and flexibility.

i'm so glad you are here!

Learn More about me

Over the past four years, I've had the privilege of meeting some of my closest friends, and it's been my honor to help them and all the clients we serve to not only be their best selves - but create the side or full time hustle of their dreams!

Together we support, encourage, empower, take risks, take trips and are daring greatly, doing what we love by living life to the absolute fullest!

The cool part is - in my eyes, we've only just begun.

So dare I ask, "why not you?"

I changed my major three times and attended four collages before completing my Associates Degree in Nursing in 2011. I went on to get my Bachelor's of Science (BSN) degree and enrolled in courses to get my Masters In Science In Nursing (MSN). I worked mostly in critical care, in units such as Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU and Organ Transplantation.

fun fact number one

I love the road least traveled!

I kinda consider myself to be an extroverted introvert. I would prefer to stay home in sweat pants and if I'm going somewhere - I'm always looking for thee hole-in-the-wall bar, secluded beach, random trail, and local-only spots... but if I'm obligated to put on adult clothes and attend a social gathering, I'll dance on a bar if I have to!

fun fact number two

I'm married to a police officer and together we have the our son Jack (who took 2 years of infertility to conceive) and our daughter Willow who came naturally! We also have two rescue dogs, Jingle (a Siberian Husky) and Prancer (an Alaskan Malamute. It's a s*** show here daily, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

fun fact number three

I love food... like legit LOVE food!
If you follow me on social, you may see me cook up a mean dish or two - but I've taught myself everything I know from watching The Food Network, back when they actually had cooking shows (Giada De Laurentiis was always my fav!). I always find it fun to go out to eat and use that inspiration to try and recreate healthier, simpler and less expensive versions on my own!

Here's my Travel Bucket List

1. Australia
2. Iceland
3. Santorini, Greece
4. The Amalfi Coast, Italy
5. Lake Louise, Canada

fun fact number five

FACT: My favorite TV Character of all time is none other than Dwight Schrute from The Office. I have probably seen every episode more times than I'd like to admit, but that show is my go-to any time my mood needs a pick-me-up. I would list a favorite episode or scene, but I don't have enough space to type them all out!

fun fact number Six

My husband and I had a small destination wedding in Sanibel & Captiva, Florida. We had about 50 of our closest friends and family and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! We actually got engaged there exactly one year prior, so hopefully my husband never forgets our anniversary!

fun fact number Seven

Margaritas are my jam! I honestly appreciate, love and create all kinds of cocktails, but margaritas will always have my heart! Salty, sweet or spicy - they are all good ha!

My pick for wine is a crisp glass of Rosé in the summer near the water! There's nothing better!

fun fact number eight

If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would probably be Sushi. Picking one food is hard, but I crave sushi regularly, and ensured it was my first meal after childbirth - had it delivered to my room before I even unpacked my bags (and yes, my deliveries were both so fast that I didn't even open a bag!)

fun fact number Nine

I'm obsessed with Christmas. Our dogs are named Jingle and Prancer - and decorations are up on November 1st - don't judge me! Christmas was actually my primary motivator for wanting to change my circumstances and schedule as a RN. I know, probably something I should have considered before going into healthcare, but I made it my mission to change and within a 2 years - it became a reality!
