Are you looking for a fun and bright way to get your fruits and veggies in? Look no further than my tropical kale smoothie! This delicious smoothie is packed with fresh fruit, protein and greens. This smoothie would make for a snack, post workout shake or breakfast on-the-go! It’s even toddler approved!

I was first introduced to Shakeology more than 8 years ago. A friend of mine suggested it after I completed my first Beachbody fitness program so I gave it a shot. At the time, I was working full time as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, so this was the perfect grab and go breakfast since meal breaks were pretty unpredictable once I was on the clock.

Within two weeks I was feeling better and stronger. I had more energy, was motivated to pack my own lunches and I stopped grazing on all of the treats in the nurses station. It even saved me money because I stopped buying energy drinks and breakfast sandwiches at work! If you’re looking to get more out of your workouts, improve your gut health or simply feel better, I can’t recommend this stuff enough! It’s delicious, super clean and efficacious!
