When I heard we were launching a BARRE Program, I was both excited and nervous.

I was excited because I know how popular this type of fitness is, but I was also really nervous because it is not my strength, or an area that I’m even familiar with.

I have no formal dance training, and to be honest – it’s not even something that interested me prior. I’m not graceful or flexible… and often groan or topple over when I’m working on flexibility and balance.

But… like I said I’m EXCITED for a couple of reasons!

  1. I get to try it in the privacy of my own home for a fraction of what these types of classes cost! What could be better than that?
  2. I know this is going to help SO MANY women on so many levels!
  3. I’m always up for a challenge and getting outside of my comfort zone!
  4. I’ve genuinely enjoyed both of the workouts from this program, that I’ve had the opportunity to sample so far!

I first got exposed to our trainer, Elise Joan, a couple years back when she created a Yoga Program for us, called 3 Week Yoga Retreat.

I got to meet her for the first time in Arizona this past October at our Leadership Retreat, and she was so sweet and is just a ray of optimism and positivity.

Sampling her workout on the other hand, was nothing short of FIRE! I had the time of my life, and was challenged beyond expectations. We didn’t need dance experience or coordination thankfully (and we had plenty of husbands in the group who were great sports and did just fine!)

Low impact + high intensity + high energy = Barre Blend!
You’re going to create a lean, toned physique through a super fun fusion of ballet barre, pilates, and cardio interval training.
Super Trainer Elise Joan will help you feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen with moves that help chisel your waist, define your arms, lean out your legs, and lift and firm your booty without bulking you up! You’re going to feel graceful, strong, and empowered in just 60 days.
You’ll need light dumbbells (1- to 5-lb. weights work well for most people). No heavy lifting or crazy jumping here!

Who Will Love BARRE BLEND?

  • People needing a low-impact program that’s easy on the joints. Barre Blend is a perfect program for someone who doesn’t want high-impact workouts. Elise will help you burn calories and tone your whole body with low-impact yet high-intensity exercises.

What’s Included?

1. Two Prep Workouts
Two 20-min Classic Full Body Blend and 20-min Cardio Blend—will introduce you to the program so you can get started right away
2. 40 Unique Workouts
The program is broken down into 4 phases, with 5 workouts each week. Elise changes up the moves and level of difficulty every 2 weeks, so you keep seeing results.
3. 5 bonus “10-minute enhancement” Workouts
Target specific parts of your body for extra toning—like core, upper body, lower body, and booty—by adding a 10-min enhancement at the end of any workout. (There’s also a 10-min cardio enhancement workout.)
4. 3 Recovery Workouts
Elise created 10- and 15-min Yoga Blend workouts and a Roll & Replenish workout to help you stretch out, release tension, and increase mobility. Use these after any workout or on your rest days.
5. “I AM” Daily Motivation Cards
To promote a positive mindset and a sense of gratitude, Elise chooses a Daily Motivation Card before every workout. Choose your own card daily to receive a powerful affirmation that will set you up for your best day and keep you motivated throughout the program.
