Easy Zoodles

Zoodles are such an easy and quick go-to! This is one of my favorite weekday lunches and you can jazz this up a couple different ways to keep things interesting!


  • 1 package of store-bought Zucchini Noddles
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Optional Add Ins – Rotisserie Chicken, Red Pepper Flakes, Pancetta, Bacon, Artichokes, Roasted Red Peppers, Fresh Bell Peppers, Olives, Ground Turkey

I preheated my pan, added the tomatoes first, and then added everything else together! This cooks up incredibly fast and you don’t want soggy Zoodles!

Spiralizing your noodles is super simple if you aren’t in a pinch for time – this is the one I have/use.

You can honestly add anything to this before/after depending on what you are craving too! A Rotisserie Chicken is an easy, affordable and fast way to add a delicious protein!
