I hate to admit it, but I’ve been in a funk.
Lately, I’ve felt a little unmotivated. I’m still doing the things – but I’m missing the excitement and spark that I WANT to have. I just feel drained and “heavy” if that makes sense? Like I’m going through the motions. No one can truly prepare you for the mental and emotional exhaustion that a toddler brings – but I’m over here just trying to survive like the rest of you some days.
I know that I should be the one motivating others, but I’m human too.
I know I’m doing a good job, but maybe I could freshen things up and get that spark back? We ALWAYS can make way for improvements, and I’m certain I’ll never be perfect. This is something that I’ve done and I know it works!
I plan on doing this 3 day plant-based clean up after the Fourth and want to invite you to do it with me! I’ve done this a couple of times in the past and it has always been my remedy for post-vacation bloat.
I want to be crystal clear about something – this works and you will get results, but the goal is for this to give you that spark, jumpstart and momentum to KEEP GOING, which is exactly what I’m going to help you with!
