Oh my god guys… I have been waiting to share this with you for several months!

I got to sample this workout program from Jericho when we were on our cruise back in April.

First impressions were – HOLY S*** , in a good way of course! The workouts were so different and incorporated such an awesome bad assery vibe! They were fun, quick and super challenging. She’s so motivating and has the best energy too!

I’m crazy pumped because this is my wheel house in terms of fitness, so you can bet that I’m going to be hosting an absolutely incredible group with killer momentum and motivation!

So what is Morning Meltdown 100?!

Morning Meltdown 100 is a high-energy, fast-paced, and fierce fitness program designed to be completed first thing in the morning. Commit to 100 workouts, and Beachbody® Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews will get you fired up to build strength and melt away fat. These are high-intensity cardio and resistance-training workouts that will blast your total body, while a live DJ keeps the energy high so you’re motivated to burn off the pounds.

The goal: complete 100 workouts and unlock the best version of you.

What makes it unique?

Each morning, Beachbody Super Trainer and Core De Force co-creator Jericho McMatthews is going to lead you through a 20-30 minutes workout that will rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day and help you build your best body ever! Did I mention that these workouts are ONLY 20-30 minutes long!??!

There are 100 UNIQUE workouts in total and will encompass all aspects of fitness from HIIT, resistance, active recovery, mobility and more. These workouts are short enough and fun enough to fit into the busiest of days!

Oh… there’s a LIVE DJ too!

Music plays a huge role in this program, which is what makes it really different than anything that we’ve had before. The DJ is LIVE and playing music to compliment the workouts and tempo of the moves. Between the tunes, Jericho’s energy and the fact that nothing repeats – you will be kept on your toes and having a blast!
