Anyone a fan of Shaun T? Short Workouts? Much needed MOTIVATION??
Oh my God guys! I am incredibly pumped to announce a brand new program from my favorite fitness motivator. I can honestly say hands down that Shaun T was the biggest influencer in my health and fitness journey when I started back in 2015!
At the time, I started with one of his most challenging programs and I got incredible results, which completely transformed my body. What I loved most about the program, was that it really challenged me mentally almost more than the physical obstacles. It really did change the way I handled numerous life struggles between infertility, pregnancy and those early postpartum weeks.
Below is my transformation photo from the first Shaun T program I completed, which was 60 Days and 30 Minute workouts.
I’ve gone to plenty of LIVE workouts with Shaun T and met him a couple of times and he never lets us down and always delivers top notch motivation and exercise routines.

So while his past programs are my favorites, this new one that will be releasing soon will ONLY be 20 minutes a pop!! Who doesn’t have 20 minutes?!

What’s the nutrition plan for Transform 20?
Meal plans haven’t been released for the program yet, but this blog will be updated as soon as they’re available.
What equipment is needed?
These workouts are 100% bodyweight — no weights. And there’s only ONE piece of equipment you’ll need, and it’s what Beachbody is calling “The Step.” Now, if you are thinking of old school aerobics – you are RIGHT, however… I can promise you that this will be NOTHING like that!
When will the workouts be released?
This seems to be the new norm for our programs. It will launch in 2 phases:
- VIP Early Access: Starting December 4th the program will be on sale on TeamBeachbody.com, this means Challenge Packs, Completion Packs, Accessory Bundles, or Stand-Alone Digital VIP Access. Early Access workouts for Transform 20 will be on Beachbody On Demand starting January 2019.
- Without Early Access: VIP Early Access begins January 14, 2019 all other BOD subscribers will gain access to the program starting April 1st, 2019.

So here’s the thing… I know this program isn’t coming out until January and you’re thinking that this could be the best “New Years” or fresh start thing to do – which it is, but I challenge you to start working with me NOW!
I am going to be hosting a private TWO Prep Groups before the big Launch on Monday November 19th that will be 3 Weeks in Duration each. No workouts will repeat and you will get your feet wet NOW so you can really kick things into high gear for the New Year.
