Tropical Salsa

I’m not sure why I’m calling this “savory,” but I wanted it to be clear that this can be for lunch or dinner!

Whenever I hear “fruit salsa,” I literally think of mixed fruit in a bowl, but now that I cleared that up, I can share how I made this!

This is so simple guys and you can make this with literally anything, depending on what you like.


  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Orange Bell Pepper
  • Jicama
  • 1 Orange (zest & juice)
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple or Mango
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Optional: Fresh Garlic or Herbs (I used Basil)


I literally combined the ingredients into a bowl, mixed and put in my refrigerator. On night one, I had this over my Red Snapper and later during the week I had it over spicy chicken thighs!
